Casa-Smart provides smart home automation solutions including installation, configuration, and maintenance of wireless smart devices and systems. Our services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.
Payment Terms
Payment is required before or at the time of installation unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and cash payments. All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include applicable VAT.
Installation and Access
You agree to provide access to your property and necessary facilities for installation. You are responsible for ensuring the installation area is ready and accessible. Any delays caused by inaccessibility may result in rescheduling fees.
Warranty and Returns

Limitation of Liability
Casa-Smart shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
